Castleford are boosted by the return of scrum-half Brent Sherwin for Sunday's visit of the Wigan Warriors. Sherwin has missed his side's last 11 games with a foot injury, but has now returned to full fitness. Also available for selection once again are full-back Richard Owen and winger Kirk Dixon, who missed last Friday's mauling at Leeds.

Castleford are boosted by the return of scrum-half Brent Sherwin for Sunday's visit of the Wigan Warriors. Sherwin has missed his side's last 11 games with a foot injury, but has now returned to full fitness. Coach Mick Potter said: "He just got a bang on his knee so we will need to assess it." Saints already have a lengthy injury list with Sean Long, Maurie Fa'asavalu, Jason Cayless, James Roby, Jonny Lomax and Gary Wheeler sidelined.

St Helens will check on the fitness of inspirational hooker Keiron Cunningham ahead of next week's Carnegie Challenge Cup semi-final against Huddersfield. Wigan will be without second rower Phil Bailey for the visit of high-flying Leeds after he sustained a dead leg. Bailey had been deputising as captain for the injured Sean O'Loughlin, who remains on the sidelines alongside Michael McIlorum and Tim Smith. Leeds welcome back captain Kevin Sinfield and Scott Donald, who missed last week's defeat of Hull KR with a dead leg and illness respectively.
